GENERAL TERMS

1. For supplies from CRAFTCOLLAZ, all payments to be made on the account of  XENROE INTERNATIONAL, the holding firm. Necessary invoicing and billing will be undertaken by XENROE INTERNATIONAL.
2. Products made available for sale on the Website may not always be in the physical possession of CRAFTCOLLAZ and may be physically located anywhere in the world.
3. All products made available for sale on the Website will be sold at the price listed and no discounts will be granted to the Buyer (unless as per the Discounts and Promotions offered by us).
4. The price of a product, as listed on the site, includes applicable duties and taxes as per Indian law. However, packaging, shipping and handling is not included in this price, and will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the product as well as the shipping address provided by the Buyer.
5. The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of any Product.
6. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer is liable for any additional duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase as per clause above and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the Product.
7. All invoices will be raised by XENROE INTERNATIONAL based on the registration information provided by the Buyer at the time of finalizing a purchase.
8. CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) shall reserve the right to cancel any order placed on the website craftcollaz.com, at any time prior to the delivery of the Product, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
9. CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) shall assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur in the description, pricing or other content related to a product.
10. All foreign currency exchange rates for purchase are taken at prevailing exchange rates. The prices for every individual product have been ’rounded off’ for ease of reference and do not necessarily reflect the exact exchange rate that will be used for calculation of the invoiced price.
11. The Buyer warrants that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change in the information provided will be updated and intimated to CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) immediately. CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) is entitled to act on the basis of the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verifications as it may deem necessary for granting registration. Such registration may be suspended or canceled where CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) forms a reasonable view that any of the above information may be inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL).
12. The buyer shall agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these terms and conditions. In particular, the buyer will warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all costs, charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.

INTERPRETATION OF NUMBERS AND GENDERS

12. The Terms herein shall apply equally to both the singular and plural form of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine and feminine. The words “include”, “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation”. Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms “herein”, “hereof”, “hereto”, “hereunder” and words of similar import refer to the Terms as a whole.

USER WARRANTY AND REPRESENTATION

13. The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others. You further warrant that to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any content, including trademark, trade name service mark, and copyright formerly or currently used by you in connection with the Services rendered by craftcollaz.com or XENROE INTERNATIONAL.

EXACTNESS NOT GUARANTEED

14. All the products are handcrafted and the product shipped to you may have a small variation. We will not be able to guarantee exactness of the product with respect to the representation on the website via images/videos.

15. craftcollaz.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final customized Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. Alterations to certain aspects of your custom product order such as the merchandise brand, size, color, print process used, print size, print color etc., may be required due to limitations caused by available product, available production materials, production equipment capabilities, as well as limitations caused by the quality or type of your submitted product.

PRODUCT FEATURES AND WASH CARE

16. All of craftcollaz.com’s products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
17. Colors: The colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We promise to do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silk products must only be dry cleaned

PAYMENTS

18. You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in the order forms submitted by you for the purchase of any artworks from the Site. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.

SEVERABILITY

19. If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

DISCOUNT POLICY:

20. Occasionally, XENROE INTEWRNATIONAL. or craftcollaz.com will offer select products on discounts and promotions to give an advantage to our customers. These offers do not affect the fair price our artisans and craftsmen are paid for their products, who have already been paid in full. Such discounts are an attempt on our part to reward out growing and loyal customer base.
21. Discounts and promotions are available for purchases made on our website only.
22. While during certain periods there may be general sales on different products on our website, for certain offers, coupon codes may be provided to customers. In order to avail of these discounts, customers are requested to enter in the coupon code in the relevant box at the check-out stage of the final order.
23. Discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of gift cards or their redemption, and only the full price of the products shall apply while using gift cards to purchase products.
24. We may offer a discount on a range of product categories for a limited period of time. All discounts are provided at the discretion of XENROE INTERNATIONAL or craftcollaz.com, and may be on particular payment methods only -as may be listed on the website from time to time. The details of any seasonal or festive special sales are provided on the website from time to time.
25. Free shipping offers are also provided by  craftcolllaz.com from time to time, but such offers may require a minimum purchase amount and minimum weight in volume or product weight whichever is higher. However, despite free shipping for ordinary deliveries, some items may require oversized shipping charges which may not be covered in such offers. Such oversize shipping charges, if any, will be listed under ‘delivery charges’ prior to final checkout of your order.
26. Free shipping offers do not apply to addresses outside of India.
27. Coupon codes may not be combined with free shipping offers, additional coupons, or other discounts. At any time, a customer may avail of only one promotional offer on a specific product.
28. While we endeavor to provide the best possible prices to our customers, we also seek to ensure that our artisans and craftsmen are adequately compensated for their work and therefore CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) reserves the right to change or modify any discounts/sales on offer for its products. The price of any product at the final payments stage after discounts, if any, is the final price of the product and is not subject to any negotiations.

29. CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) is a 100% Indian owned entity and is based on a stock-and-sell model. All products sold are stocked in our warehouses in Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, India and shipped directly to customers..

BILLING & PAYMENTS:

30. CRAFTCOLLAZ (XENROE INTERNATIONAL) offers a secured payment gateway “PayPAL” to its customers in India & Internationally. The decision to go with this single payment gateway is to simplify the payment processing process and offer our valued customers a sense of dependability and trust of PayPal.
31. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, the funds will be taken from your balance before debiting the remaining funds from your bank account, credit or debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay for purchases with PayPal using your credit or debit card.
32. Upon the receipt of your payment in our PayPal account, we shall process your order.

33. GST will be applied to orders dispatched within India – for product (s) on which GST is applicable. All our prices are inclusive of GST. However, for invoicing purposes, cost of the product, IGST / SGST / CGST as applicable and shipping costs will be shown separately on the invoice.

34. To make payments through the above method, you are requested to choose the preferred payment gateway at the stage of checkout and enter credit card number / debit card number along with the expiry date of the card used and the three digit CVV number provided on your card.

35. In the case of PayPal account holders you can also use our email ID team@craftcollaz.org to make the payment.

36. No matter the payment gateway is chosen, XENROE INTERNATIONAL. or craftcollaz.comassures its customers that it along with all its payment gateway partners shall keep all transfer details secure and confidential.

SHIPPLING:

38. We ship to over 100 countries internationally. During checkout, we will show you shipping prices to the shipping address you have mentioned.
39. At craftcollaz.com, we ship the products through India Post (EMS) from its ware house to its customers. However, we do have other shipping partners to address any specific requirement.
40. All your purchases are processed and shipped swiftly from our warehouse in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India to your doorstep using the best shipping partners to offer you reliable, affordable and secure shipping!
41. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service.
42. Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
43. Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock.
44. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping information on the product page for individual shipping times.
45. All orders for items which are in stock are taken swiftly and will be dispatched from our facility within 3 to 5 days time. Some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items. If your product carries a special delivery timeframe, you will be notified at the stage of checkout of your order, on the website. However, in certain extraordinary cases beyond our control, if we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email with a new timeframe for delivery
46. Since we source our products from artisans, NGOs, Master Craftsmen across the length and breadth of India, shipping times may vary significantly for some products. However, we will endeavor to get our products to you as soon as possible!
47. Our shipping partners ship products, Monday through Saturday between 10 AM to 4 PM IST and the shipping time does not include public holidays in India and Sundays. Delivery time is also subject to factors such as strikes or transport delays due to bad weather by our shipping partners or caused by destination customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
48. As soon as your order ships, you will also be sent Shipping Tracking Information, using which you can also track your shipment.
49. We take great care in delivering your products to you through India Post, which is internationally reputed for its dependability and trust.
50. Customs duties and taxes, assessed by the custom authorities or any other taxes, levies if any, will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land and these should be paid by the customer himself at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
51. If you fail to receive an item shipped to you on account of providing inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or your non-availability at the address provided, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the seller and the Company and the seller will be entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you – the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you. Such an error may include, but is not limited to; invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
52. We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. If any order is cancelled, while the product is out for delivery, or any delivery is not accepted by you. craftcollaz.com (XENROE INTERNATIONAL)reserves the right to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you – the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you.
53. If any of our products are delivered in a damaged condition, please do get in touch with us informing us about such products, along with photos of the damaged products, within 48 hours of delivery of such a product, as per the terms & conditions set in our refund policy.

REFUNDS & RETURN:

54. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, under certain circumstances, you can return / exchange the product within 30 days from date of delivery, but under the condition that craftcollaz.com customer service is intimated by email or otherwise within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address.

57. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You may communicate to us by email, or otherwise, about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

60. Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
    1. Genuine sizing issues – only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
    2. Genuine quality issues – please provide us the details of the issues in quality in your first communication to us.
    3. Packages lost in transit
    4. In case craftcollaz.com discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price
    5. In case craftcollaz.com discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
61. In all cases, refunds can only be granted if a request for a refund been put in within 48 hour of delivery of the product.
62. Before you return a craftcollaz.com product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
63. Since each product is handcrafted and unique in its own way, an irregular weave or print or a stitch shall not be considered as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
64. In spite of these variables, craftcollazcom stands behind the quality of our products and, if there are any other cases, where you are unsatisfied by the product delivered to you, please communicate to us the reason for your dissatisfaction within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we shall endeavor to answer your complaints at the earliest, and, if required, provide you a refund on any such product. However, www.craftcollaz.com reserves the right to provide refunds to customers on complaints, which do not come under the criteria for refunds listed above.
65. We will be happy to replace any damaged / incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including delivery charges, if any, on originally shipping the product to you. However, no refunds will be provided for any costs associated with shipping any products by the customers back to us except where craftcollaz.com has erroneously sent you a wrong item / color / size.
66. Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
67. Strictly, no refunds will be given in the following cases:
    1. In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products
    2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
    3. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
    4. On three failed delivery attempts by the courier
    5. If the package is refused by recipient
    6. If the products returned are in a used or damaged condition
68. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our above-mentioned return location.
69. No refunds will be provided if the craftcollaz.com customer service is not intimated by email or otherwise within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address about the customer’s desire to seek a refund/replacement. Further, no refunds will be available if the product is returned to our above address after the 30-day returns period has expired.
70. Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
71. We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the CRAFTCOLLAZ tags.
72. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
73. After the receipt of item(s), your request for refunds would be processed. Upon receipt of your refund/return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes, and delivery charges if any.
74. In the case of refunds, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
75. For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking or PayPal Transactions:
    Upon receipt of your refund / return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes, and delivery charges if any. As the charge on your credit card / PayPal account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
76. If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods (including taxes, and delivery charges on the original purchase) to the credit / debit card used for the online transaction.
77. Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
